Dive Center
Our Dive Center features a fleet of six custom dive boats docked adjacent to the spacious guest gear storage, underwater photo center, and equipment rental facility. We offer an on-site hyperbaric chamber, a full menu of PADI and SSI certification courses and nitrox by the tank or by the week.
Diver Orientation
After your resort check-in, you’ll be invited to a short Dive Center orientation. This is a great opportunity to get to know our facilities and secure your gear. During your stay you’ll be a part of a small group of divers assigned to one of our dive boats with a dedicated Dive Master and Boat Captain attending to your scuba needs. Our staff is famous for their hospitality and skill and they make divers of all experience levels quickly feel at home.
Dive Sites
We have over 50 amazing dive sites only a short boat cruise from Fantasy Island. All are located on one of the largest coral reefs in the world and are characterized by spectacular crevices, tunnels and breathtaking walls. These include some of the most famous sites on Roatan like Mary’s Place, Calvin’s Crack and Connie’s Dream.
Boat Dive Times
Your boat will make 3 excursions daily to a different dive site on our incredible reef. Dive times are 9:00am and 11:15am for the morning dives and 2:30pm for the afternoon boat dive. In addition to your 3 daily boat dives, one evening during your 7 night stay, your boat will cruise to a special site selected specifically for nighttime adventure.
Shore Diving
Our Dive Gazebo offers some of the best shore diving in the Caribbean. During dive shop hours, our staff will be happy to meet you at the gazebo and drop off your gear and tanks. One giant stride and you’ll find a sunken DC3 aircraft, the wreck of the 110ft freighter the Prince Albert and 3 walls only a few fin kicks away. Want to dive after the dive center closes? Just let the staff know and they’ll be happy to drop off tanks before they close and you bring your gear. With unlimited shore diving included in your Dive Fantasy Package you’ll want to dive our lagoon again and again.
